1. My wife is a piano teacher and our new piano tuner came across a woman who wanted to give away a piano and he immediately thought of my wife. So we got a Baldwin piano (an upgrade over our piano) that would sell for about $3,500 for only the $200 delivery fee! And we were able to bless one of her students with our older piano!

2. I just called our HOA and our $400 bill for the HOA has a $0 balance and we did not pay it! Praise God.
